1. Website Purpose
The Website provides information regarding Rocket Air's private charter services and allows prospective customers to submit charter inquiries and quote requests.Information presented on the Website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes and does not constitute a guaranteed offer, confirmed reservation, or binding agreement to provide air transportation.
2. Charter Operations
Charter transportation requested through Rocket Air may be provided in one of two ways:Rocket Air-operated flights: Certain charter flights are operated by Rocket Air pursuant to its applicable Federal Aviation Administration authority, including operations conducted under 14 C.F.R. Part 135.Third-party operated flights: Rocket Air may also assist customers in arranging charter transportation provided by independent third-party air carriers. Such flights are operated by the applicable third-party carrier under that carrier's own FAA operating authority and are subject to the carrier's applicable terms, conditions, policies, and operational requirements. For flights operated by a third-party air carrier, the applicable carrier—not Rocket Air—maintains operational control of the aircraft and flight as required by applicable law.The identity of the operating air carrier and other applicable flight information will be provided as required during the charter arrangement and booking process. All charter transportation is subject to applicable laws and regulations, aircraft and crew availability, weather, airport conditions, air traffic control restrictions, safety considerations, and the operational requirements of the applicable air carrier.Safety and regulatory requirements take priority over schedules, itineraries, customer preferences, and other considerations.

4. Charter Agreements
These Terms govern use of the Website and are separate from any agreement governing an actual charter flight.Confirmed charter services may be subject to additional agreements, policies, terms, conditions, cancellation provisions, payment requirements, passenger requirements, and operational limitations provided during the booking process. For flights operated by a third-party air carrier, additional terms and conditions established by the applicable operating carrier may apply. If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and an executed charter agreement or other applicable transportation agreement concerning a specific flight, the applicable agreement will control with respect to that flight.
